Winter tires where changed and it was time to go to the airport. I and my friends had booked a trip to New York. We were going there to do some Christmas shopping and just go there to enjoy a week of good food, sightseeing and good company. I hadn’t been there in a while, so it was going to be nice to go back there.

When we got to New York, we took the subway from the airport to the city. That is the easiest and cheapest way to do it. When we then got to Union Square, we walked to our hotel that was located near the Square.

When we got to the hotel we checked in and went to our rooms. We had nice rooms with windows to the street, but were high enough that the noises didn’t bother us. When we then had settled in, we put our good shoes on, took our purses and headed out.

We decided that we would take the subway to time’s square and go and do some sightseeing before we then would go and do some shopping. We all had lists made, where we had put down everything that we would need from New York and a list of gifts that we were thinking of buying to family and friends.
